Twilight Saga star Kristen Stewart was spotted out and about yesterday with a brand new retro mullet haircut for her latest role as Joan Jett in ‘The Runaways’ by Floria Sigismondi. The film will also star Dakota Fanning and Stella Maeve. Check out a couple of extra pictures after the jump.
Usually, we wouldn’t even consider posting Paparazzi photos, but we made an exception this time because the resemblance that “Twilight Saga: New Moon” star Kristen Stewart now has to Joan Jett after getting her hair chopped into a mullet, is striking. Check out a couple of extra photos below.
Kristen will portray rocker Joan Jett in a new film called ‘The Runaways’, which is a coming-of-age biopic about the real-life ’70s teenage band of the same name.
The film is written and directed by Floria Sigismondi and will also star Dakota Fanning, who Kristen said her character Joan will ‘cinematically de-flower’ in an interview recently.
“The Runaways” will be released in 2010.
