We have been sent three new pictures of Sam Worthington and Gemma Arterton in ‘Clash Of The Titans’, a new remake of the 1981 movie which also stars Liam Neeson. Check them out after the jump.
These three brand new images from the upcoming “Clash Of The Titans” featuring Sam Worthington and Gemma Arterton, and I have to say that they are pretty cool. Sam Worthington looks very much the part, and Gemma Arterton looks beautiful as “Io”.
Now we’d just like a look at Liam Neeson and Alexa Davalos, and then we’d be set. Rounding off the cast of Louis Leterrier’s remake are Jason Flemyng, Mads Mikkelsen, Ralph Fiennes, Izabella Miko and Danny Huston. Four time Oscar nominee Lawrence Kasdan (”Empire Strikes Back”, “Raiders of The Lost Ark”, “The Bodyguard”, “Wyatt Earp”) wrote the screenplay.
Synopsis: Helpless to save his family from Hades (Ralph Fiennes), vengeful god of the underworld, Perseus (Worthington) volunteers to lead a dangerous mission to defeat Hades before he can seize power from Zeus (Liam Neeson) and unleash hell on earth. Leading a daring band of warriors, Perseus sets off on a perilous journey deep into forbidden worlds. Battling unholy demons and fearsome beasts, he will only survive if he can accept his power as a god, defy his fate and create his own destiny.
Sam Worthington will be seen later in the year in James Cameron’s incredibly highly anticipated 3-D movie “Avatar”.
Titans is due for release on the 26th of March 2010 in Europe and North America.
